Returns & Exchanges

Each JUDE piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, and as such, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we’re happy to accept returns for store credit or exchanges for a piece of equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please include a note with your contact details. For peace of mind, we recommend using a trusted, insured carrier for your return.

All returns will be carefully inspected to ensure the piece remains in its original condition, with packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns on pieces that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are no longer in their original state. We reserve the right to respectfully decline a return or exchange if a piece does not meet these criteria.

— We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
— All international orders are final sale.

Due to the intimate, handcrafted nature of our work, refunds are not offered.
